The 1400sft building and the surrounding site area under renovation is planned to accommodate more than a dozen daily office users and occasional client meets and other functions of the office.The site is located in Ambattur, Chennai. The idea was to renovate the existing building in a low cost approach that does not compromise the exterior looks or the internal layout of the design. The building is located right in front of a busy park, influencing the number of people who view the building frequently. The use of panels and louvers in the facade has managed to give a clean and minimalist design that the client desired. The design has managed to solve the site practicalities and has stayed within the budget.

The space is designed to provide parking for three cars and multiple two wheelers. Separate entry way and path for the residents behind the office has been planned and incorporated in the design. The renovation is planned without causing any damage to the existing structure.
